Free BaZi sells one-time digital reports and reading services. This policy explains when and how we refund.
If your paid report fails to generate after automatic retries, you may restart generation for free from your account page at any time. If we cannot deliver the report within 48 hours of payment, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
The report is generated from the birth data you enter. If the chart itself was calculated incorrectly due to a bug on our side (not a typo in your input), we will regenerate the report for free or refund it in full.
If you were charged twice for the same reading, contact us with both order IDs and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
1-on-1 human readings can be rescheduled or refunded in full any time before the session starts. After the session has taken place, the service is considered delivered and is not refundable.
Email contact@free-bazi.com from the address on your account with your order ID (found on the account store page). We process refunds within 5 business days; card refunds arrive via Stripe typically in 5-10 business days, WeChat Pay refunds arrive in 1-3 business days.
Free features (calculator, basic reading, Huangli, wiki) are not purchases. BaZi readings are for cultural and entertainment purposes; dissatisfaction with the interpretation itself, where the report was delivered as described, is not a refund condition. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

If the report was delivered as described, it is not refundable. If it failed to generate, contains wrong chart data, or you were double-charged, you get a full refund.
It helps us locate the order faster, but we can also look it up from your account email.
